Integrated iPod dock on new JVC HDTVs

...and the iPod continues to re-shape consumer electronic devices! JVC has just unveiled their new line of LCD HDTVs in 32/42/47/52 inch variants. An unusual feature is the integrated iPod docking station that allows you to directly playback your iPod's video content as well as charging your iPod up, regardless of whether or not the TV is powered on.
The HDTV unit includes several other nifty features, such as the ability to control iPod playback via the remote, which replicals the iPod control wheel. Video can be played at a variety of modesand the HDTV includes a veritable cornucopia of inputs - 3 HDMI, 2 component, S-video, SPDIF, and analog outputs. These new models should start selling in August.
